- Take on a step challenge — join our One Million Steps Challenge and walk, jog or run one million steps in 100 days. Participants have already raised more than £20,000 for suicide prevention.
- Bake sale or coffee morning — simple, sociable and always popular at work or school.
- Quiz night — host one at your local pub, community hall or office.
- Sponsored run, swim or cycle — turn your next race into a fundraiser.
